Things we pride ourselves on
Working with young people with Disabilities - no disability should stop a young person from enjoying performing arts.
Promoting Self esteem self confidence and self awareness - all of these help young people to develop into well rounded happy adults.
Team work & friendship. Time Step is a dance school with a difference. we are all one big happy family from all walks of life, all ages, abilities and we all work and perform together
Our Vision
Time Step has a unique way of teaching which is very much geared towards the children and a friendly, family atmosphere. I aim to provide the best possible teaching to all ages and abilities. We activly encourage young people with disabilities to get involved as we firmly believe that dance and performing arts are for everyone
We strive to give the children and young people attending classes the best possible experience of dance and performing arts without pressurising them. We will aim to get our pupils participating in community events and local competitions as well as providing the facilities for those who may want to advance further with medal tests, examinations and larger competitions.
We intend to inspire our young people to explore their talents and develop their own personal skills. Dance is a superb way of keeping fit helping to beat today’s couch potato way of life. It is also a superb way of socialising young people in positive ways helping them to develop skills such as team work, self confidence and trust which is helpful to them at school and also in later life.
We are different from all the ordinary dance & performing arts schools in loads of different ways
We are a not for profit organisation.
Our founder and many of our helpers are volunteers

we accept funding through different schemes
We pride ourselves in developing self esteem of those young people with low self esteem or who are shy or withdrawn.
Our dance and performing arts classes are of the very highest standard
